Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Entra Documentation (the "Service"), operated by Ugur Creative Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G.. Purchases of Readiness Checks are made exclusively with entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law, and public-law special funds. By completing a purchase you confirm that you act in a business or professional capacity.

The authoritative German terms are available at /agb and prevail in case of conflict.

• You must have authority to access your Microsoft tenant and Entra ID data.
• You are responsible for complying with your organization's policies and applicable laws.

• The Service requests read-only Microsoft Graph permissions to retrieve Entra ID configurations.
• Generated documents are provided for informational purposes and to support auditing activities.
• Do not misuse the Service — including attempting to bypass security controls, reverse-engineer the client, or overload infrastructure. Respect the published rate limits.

• Readiness Checks are paid, optional add-ons that generate framework-specific PDF documentation (for example: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIS2, HIPAA, GDPR) from the Entra ID data your browser fetches via Microsoft Graph.
• Licenses are bound to the Microsoft account email used at checkout. The license entitles the licensee to generate the purchased pack(s) for the term shown at checkout (typically twelve months for one-time packs).
• We may update pack content (control mappings, gap rules, copy) over time. License holders receive these updates automatically while their license is active.

All prices are net amounts and exclude statutory value-added tax. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID may qualify for the reverse-charge mechanism per § 13b UStG.

• Single-pack purchases include a 12-month regeneration license.
• Licenses are bound to the Microsoft account used at checkout and may not be shared outside your organization.
• All-Access subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Because the Service is sold exclusively to businesses, the consumer right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB does not apply. See /widerruf for details. Digital deliverables are not refundable after license activation.

Entra Documentation is not a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm and does not provide auditing, attestation, or assurance services. Readiness Checks are audit preparation material only — they are not audits, examinations, attestations, or compliance reports.

A SOC 2 examination and report can only be performed and issued by a licensed CPA firm. ISO 27001 certification can only be issued by an accredited certification body. NIS2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance determinations are made by the relevant regulators or qualified auditors. Pack contents do not establish, prove, or substitute for compliance with any framework or regulation.

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and the authoritative German Datenschutzerklärung.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that reports are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Validate outputs against your tenant as needed.

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. In cases of ordinary negligence we are liable only for the breach of material contractual duties (Kardinalpflichten) and only up to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for lost profits, missed savings, or indirect damages is excluded.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
